Job Summary

A marketing services company has a current position open for a Remote Digital Marketing Director in Tuscaloosa.

Must be able to:

• Lead a team of account managers who will be overseeing paid channel strategies for our clients
• Educate sales, and clients on current best practices in Digital Marketing
• Develop training programs, SOP’s and Top-Level strategies that promote growth across all clients

Required Skills:

• 5 years digital marketing experience required
• Experience leading a team of digital marketers in performance marketing/ Lead Generation
• Agency experience highly recommended
• Experience running large books of business ($500,000/month or 200+plus clients)
• Ability to give and receive highly constructive feedback and challenge the status quo
• Understanding on the impact recent FB and Google policy changes has had on employment and housing
