Job Summary

A marketing consultancy is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Marketing Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing positive relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Constantly developing candidate pipelines for entry to senior level roles
  • Conducting phone screens, scheduling virtual interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offering calls to close

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency
  • Must have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant sourcing platforms
  • 1-2 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience for a variety of marketing and operational positions
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience using an ATS, we currently use LinkedIn TalentHub
  • Experience building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders
