Job Summary

A residential and commercial services holding company is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with Real Property Management franchise owners to optimize their SEO ranking and overall digital performance
  • Analyzing performance data and metrics to determine appropriate SEO initiatives
  • Ideating between team members on platform usages, enrollment of franchise owners, and pricing strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates degree in content marketing, digital marketing, and/or prior experience in digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
  • Experience in Search Engine Marketing with an emphasis on organic and social/content creation
  • Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio (aka Looker), SEMrush, Sitebulb, and/or equivalent platforms
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio experience, is beneficial
