A communications agency has a current position open for a Remote Digital Media Senior Account Executive in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting social listening and community management
- Building daily reports on themes and trends
- Successfully managing crisis communications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years with social media community management and/or social listening for major brand
- Customer experience management experience
- Professional digital media experience
- Experience and interest in esports platforms, such as Twitch
- Ability to identify trends, themes, and escalations
