Job Summary

A financial service provider is seeking a Remote Digital One Service Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting regularly scheduled status calls with client
  • Educating clients on various company processes and procedures
  • Developing strong working relationships with assigned clients
