A financial service provider is seeking a Remote Digital One Service Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting regularly scheduled status calls with client
- Educating clients on various company processes and procedures
- Developing strong working relationships with assigned clients

- Travel 10% of the time
- Ability to understand and apply concepts
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent
