Job Summary
An information technology solutions company that helps clients transform their businesses into more efficient and productive entities is in need of a Remote Digital Operations Specialist Madison.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a Scrum Lead with organizational skills and the ability to analyze customer problems and data to support the product development process in conjunction with our Product Owners
- Analyzing customer data trends to provide actionable insights
- Troubleshooting customer issues Triage feedback about our customer-facing App
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to effectively interpret and articulate customer problems and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in analyzing business challenges and making key business recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and or similar data visualization tools
- Experience handling multiple tasks and prioritizing with minimal guidance and instruction
- Experience in digital customer service
- Ability to coordinate planned outage messaging to users
