Job Summary

A digital experience development firm is filling a position for a Remote Digital Partners Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure incremental value delivery and high-quality standards for development and project management teams
  • Attract, onboard, and retain diverse top talent
  • Conduct regular 1:1, goal setting, and feedback conversations with engineers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of recent server side experience in technologies such as C#, Golang, PHP, or Nod
  • Experience in front-end technologies such as React, Vue, Angular and Polymer
  • Experience with OOP and software design skills
  • 3+ years experience building and leading software development teams and delivering working software
  • Hiring and management experience
