Job Summary

A call center software comapny needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Digital PM Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Translating market and customer needs into actionable product requirements across digital channels, agent desktop, and reporting solutions
  • Managing day-to-day activities required for the success of the product and ensuring that deliverables are executed in a timely fashion
  • Generating opportunities and grow revenues through new features in product development and executing on strategic business program

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS required and ability to be a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in software product management or related roles with Cloud solutions
  • Experience working with digital channels like web chat, mobile, SMS, email, social and messaging apps
