Remote Digital Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and client-focused Remote Digital Producer, the full-time position will manage SEO, web design, web development, and online marketing accounts while serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project completion aligns with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Managing ongoing client accounts for SEO, web design, web development, and digital marketing
• Assisting with project scopes and creating cost estimates while considering client goals and project risks
• Organizing internal strategy meetings and attending client meetings to discuss campaign direction and objectives

Required qualifications

• Knowledgeable enough to pass a skills test in web development or online marketing, including SEO or PPC
• Strong project management or client management experience across multiple clients
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, including experience presenting in on-camera meetings
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Basecamp, Jira, or Asana
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during Pacific Time business hours
