Job Summary
A grant management and grantee collaboration solution has a current position open for a Remote Digital Product Associate Designer in Boston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering and analyzing user stories and contribute ideas for design solutions
- Visualizing concepts for products by producing UX and UI design deliverables
- Helping maintain and continue to evolve design system
Qualifications for this position include:
- Portfolio of design work that demonstrates a thoughtful, user-centered approach and attention to detail
- 1 - 3 years experience designing digital products
- Proficiency using design software and documenting your designs
- Ability to explain the rationale behind your design decisions and willingness to give and accept feedback
- Understanding of web standards, browser capabilities, and UX best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to easily work with people from multiple teams
