Job Summary
An insurance company that provides insurance, banking, and financial solutions is seeking a Remote Digital Product Insurance Management Director.
Must be able to:
- Own and maintain capability standard methodologies
- Define, monitor and analyze metrics that inform the success of the digital solution(s)
- Develop and lead a team of Digital Product Owners and Analysts who execute on the solution vision/roadmap
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate studies in business administration, management, human resources, product management and design, computer sciences or related fields
- 10 or more years of demonstrated experience developing and leading associates in a digital product management organization
- Experience in digital planning, execution and delivery
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management/owner principles
- Knowledge of end-to-end agile practices and product management practices
- Verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
