Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and client-focused Remote Digital Project Manager, this full-time position will manage SEO, web design, web development, and online marketing accounts while acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure projects align with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Managing ongoing client accounts for SEO, web design, web development, and digital marketing
• Assisting with project scopes, cost estimates, and organizing internal strategy meetings
• Maintaining client communication, clarifying project objectives, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards

Required qualifications

• Proven project management or client management experience across multiple clients
• Knowledge to pass a skills test in web development or online marketing, including SEO or PPC
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with a confident speaking presence
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Basecamp, Jira, or Asana
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented
