Job Summary

A consulting and staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Digital PromoMats Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Capturing notes and action items during Co-Create sessions
  • Annotating and anchoring tactics accurately based on material from Copywriter and Editor
  • Acting as 3rd Party/CA Management point of contact for the team

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • 4+ years of experience with Medical Legal Review project management
  • Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and the approval process
  • Content management experience
  • Familiarity with AMA guidelines for referencing
