A mass media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Reporter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Presenting all stories, original, breaking, and aggregated, in an accessible, consistent, and compelling style
- Reporting on breaking news events
- Collaborating closely with editors and fellow reporters
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of four years of experience covering the news and newsroom experience
- Possess a firm grasp of current events
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and work under pressure in a fast-paced newsroom environment
- Knowledge of AP style is vital, as is a clear and crisp writing style
