Job Summary

OverflowWorks.com is a growing digital and direct mail company that provides direct mail, email, and digital marketing for the mortgage, auto, solar, and home improvement industries. We're looking for an exceptional person to reach out and help us provide superior service to even more customers.

This position will be remote and working from your home office. Hours will be full-time 40 hours a week during business hours and this position truly offers an unlimited income opportunity, with the stability of a base salary and benefits.

Job responsibilities:

Able to create and maintain long-term relationships with qualified leads
Know how to evaluate and accommodate to a company's needs and match with our solutions
Capable of presenting direct marketing products to potential clients primarily online, but sometimes on-site
Can research target companies and identify points of contact
Aggressively able to organize and execute call and email campaigns
Perform and follow through with each step of the sales cycle

The Ideal Applicant:

Have 2+ years of B2B experience
Experience in selling digital media and/or direct mail a plus
Salesforce knowledge and experience is a plus
You have a passion for direct marketing and want to learn!
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing situations to accommodate clients' needs
Self-starting and take initiative to acquire leads and contacts
Able to close deals, meet and exceed sales goals
Home office requirements:

Dedicated space you can work without distraction
High-speed internet
Reliable personal computer (Windows or Mac)
Headset with good sound quality
Education and experience:

Must have 2 years prior experience in B2B sales
Preference for a college degree
SaaS experience a plus
High call volume experience a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Compensation:

Pay will depend on experience with no cap on earnings
