Job Summary
A multinational insurance and banking firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Service Support.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a one-stop-shop for top producing Equitable and 3rd party financial professionals
- Handling each case from start to finish with exceptional quality
- Following all FINRA guidelines regarding transactional processing, call handling and record keeping
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2 years of call center and/or customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of product features
- Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding
- Ability to handle all calls and chats with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency
- Proven technical aptitude and customer service acumen
- Ability to use summarization and simplification techniques
