- Create product visions and roadmaps
- Work with others to determine a final comprehensive solution
- Create the delivery methodology and approach
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Annual conference attendance
- Demonstrated understanding of core principles of human-centered design
- Demonstrated understanding of agile software development, and lean product methods
- Knowledge of common topics in government system development, and current best practices
- Able to articulate the business value of the chosen approach
- Able to synthesize arguments that will be compelling to non-technical stakeholders
