Job Summary

A marketing company specializing in e-commerce marketing is seeking a Remote Digital Talent Acquisition Manager .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and solutions to meet the current and future company need
  • Assessing TA process, current team capabilities, and capacity and design strategic tactics to achieve TA KPIs & company
  • Identifying and successfully executing the biggest 3-5 opportunities for improvement IT hiring to accomplish our 2021 and 2022 goals

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, and similar.
  • Extensive experience with IT as main stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing Talent Acquisition tools related to candidates' application stages and assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
