Job Summary
A charter school is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor support requests to identify any recurring issues and may recommend changes to products
- Assist customers’ technical requests and ensures resolution of any technical issues
- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences
- Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
- A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
