Job Summary

A charter school is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor support requests to identify any recurring issues and may recommend changes to products
  • Assist customers’ technical requests and ensures resolution of any technical issues
  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors

Position Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences
  • Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
  • A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
