Job Summary
A financial service is seeking a Remote Senior Digital Transformation Change Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborateing with executives and program leaders to define OCM strategy
- Developing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), as well as tactical plans to execute against defined objectives
- Creating and enabling reinforcements and celebrations of success to increase employee engagement and buy-in
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 8+ years of multi-industry or general consulting background that includes experience working with leaders at the level of CXO
- Experience offering perspectives and insights regarding the discipline of change management
- Demonstrated ability to envision and create a long term OCM program vision as well as execution of large scale projects
- Experience facilitating and leading workshops
- Experience leading efforts to provide educational programs on the discipline of OCM to relevant stakeholders
