Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Digital Workforce Enablement Vendor Relations and Mergers and Acquisitions Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Understanding the business domain and product vision
• Supporting team members in addressing or escalating issues to make the overall team more efficient
• Managing the quality of work delivered by team members and deals effectively with performance issues

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of technology concepts, strategies and methodologies typically acquired through a Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree
• 3 years in a leadership role
• Able to manage complex technology development concepts, capabilities and maturity
• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical ability, consultative, communication, presentation and management skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate collaboratively and build consensus
