Job Summary
A plumbing and HVAC supply company has a current position open for a Remote Digital Workspace Knowledge Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building strategy w/ focus on unstructured files and content including how to measure success
- Building & enhancing Knowledge Management & Enterprise Search roadmap as part of overarching DW Roadmap
- Creating & implementing strategy to help associates find knowledge supporting large critical initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of Office 365 experience including Teams and OneDrive
- Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Comfortable presenting to large groups and working with senior leadership
- Ability to work with all levels of associates and minimal supervision in a very dynamic environment
- Has general understanding of company's strategy and markets with 5+ years FEI experience
- Good business sense/judgment and a strong foundation of business analytical and sales enablement skills
