Job Summary
A science and technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Digitized Mail Handling Services Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recommending and implementing new solutions, processes, policies, and standards
- Monitoring and analyzing application performance, capacity, reliability, and stability
- Conduct advance planning to meet customer's contract requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel required 10% of the time
- BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience
- Knowledge of industry practices, advanced techniques and solutions
- Ability to ensure adherence to VA policy and standards
- Ability to develop and provide regular status reports to customers
- Ability to manage contract budget and execution to achieve financial targets
