A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Direct Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Entering and reviewing orders upon receipt
- Communicating with customers regarding pricing, availability and delivery terms
- Providing assistance with order inquiries and sales order follow-ups
