A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Direct Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Entering and reviewing orders upon receipt
  • Communicating with customers regarding pricing, availability and delivery terms
  • Providing assistance with order inquiries and sales order follow-ups

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Strong communication skills
