Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Direct Endorsement Mortgage Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing loans and issue an underwriting decision
- Analyzing the credit-worthiness, collateral, accuracy of Total Scorecard (DU/LP)
- Making independent credit decisions that commit us to $20-$30 million of lending every month
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in FHA and Conventional Underwriting
- Knowledge of Investor Guidelines, Product Delivery, and AUS engines is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- Customer service and detail-oriented, responsible, and accurate
- Must have good/excellent Computer skills
