Job Summary
A staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Direct Endorsement Mortgage Underwriter in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring all data noted in loan origination system is consistent with documentation contained
- Insuring that any loan file underwritten is within their authority as defined by their direct manager
- Conditioning a loan file in accordance with investor, agency and/or Company guidelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong Mortgage underwriting background
- Experienced Mortgage Underwriter
- CHUMS ID Required for consideration
- 3+ years residential mortgage lending experience
- Good knowledge of lending regulations and credit/collateral analysis practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
