A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Direct Endorsement Underwriter in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and validate loan application data
  • Run pertinent risk and collateral evaluation tools
  • Communicate loan decision to Originator

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • DE Designation
  • Current knowledge of RESPA and MDIA regulations
  • 2 years AUS experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Proficiency with Desktop Underwriter, Loan Prospector and Calyx Point
  • Ability to ensure adherence to loan guidelines and requirements
