Job Summary
A staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Direct Endorsement Underwriter in Concord.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Underwriting loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines
- Evaluating and analyzing all loan packages
- Utilizing and complying with all automated underwriting certifications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
- Knowledge of mortgage underwriting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
