Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Direct Endorsement Underwriter in Manchaca.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing mortgage loan applications
- Making independent decisions regarding acceptance and risk of loans
- Providing final approval underwriting of mortgage loans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent, DE Underwriter
- Must have mortgage industry experience
- High level of proficiency with mortgage loan processing and underwriting systems
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Thorough working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures
