Job Summary
A mortgage company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Direct Lending Sales Loan Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining a high level of accountability for results and metrics
- Maintaining timely and accurate records
- Ensuring all paperwork is in order
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience originating conventional and/or government loans
- Current NMLS State License(s)
- Ability to interview, evaluate, pitch, and close loans with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of revenue generation
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to use Internet and CRM’s such as SalesForce or other software programs
