Job Summary
A medical alert technology company is in need of a Remote Direct to Consumer Subscriber Sales Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage, retain, and upsell existing customer accounts by delivering wow customer experiences
- Call existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote additional products and services
- Utilize product knowledge to provide customers with product recommendations appropriate for their needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College graduates preferred; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6 months of high-volume call center and dialer sales experience required
- 1-2 years of sales or account management with proven ability to upsell preferred
- Can maintain salesforce.com accounts with order submission status and various touch points
- Computer proficiency with sales platforms, CRM data entry, and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-growing organization
