Remote Director of Development and Senior Fundraising Supervisor

Job Summary

An environmental protection company has an open position for a Remote Director of Development and Senior Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Executing the fundraising strategy, managing major and individual giving, corporate and foundation giving, and more
• Developing donor stewardship and prospect plan, and building off our existing strategy
• Providing guidance for funder CRM (Salesforce) data management

Required Skills:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in fundraising, ideally with at least a portion in the sustainability space
• Proven track record of identifying, cultivating, soliciting and closing 6- to 7-figure gifts
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other donor databases
• Experience working with executive leadership and Board of Directors
• Being resourceful and adept in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable planning events, creating a memorable experience for high-net-worth funders
