Archilogic is remote-first and globally distributed - our largest presence is in Zurich, Switzerland, with further teams and team members in the US, Europe, South America, India, and Russia.

About this role:

Archilogic has achieved category leadership with its product offering. Our inbound leads are some of the largest enterprises, but most of them find us through word of mouth. The quality of our marketing and informational material simply does not yet match our outstanding technology and services. This needs fixing, and we need your help getting it done!

We're looking for a candidate with the right experience to hit the ground running while being able to prioritize efforts in order to generate maximum impact. You will find that this role gives you the opportunity to shape the future of Archilogic's marketing approach, processes, and team. You can also assume that more capacity will be added to fill those gaps you are not best placed to handle yourself. You will be the first full-time marketing team member at Archilogic and are expected to shape the approach as well as your role as part of a growing team.

What success in this role looks like:

The world knows who we are, the problems we solve, and how we solve them
We know which lead generation channels are most successful and can adequately prioritize efforts within them
We have a healthy and steady stream of qualified leads
Our network of customers and contacts is aware of how we can help them meet their business goals
Product marketing activities are in sync with feature releases
The entire Archilogic team understands what marketing does, why it is important, and how they can contribute to its success
Our marketing spend is data-driven; we understand our customer acquisition cost and make decisions accordingly
There's a structured, repeatable process by which we generate and amplify content
Our website is an accurate reflection of our brand, company story, and platform
We can rely on a network of outsourced service providers to speed things up where we don't have enough internal capacity

What we are looking for:

You have 5-7 years SaaS B2B marketing experience with strong systems and analytics background
You excel at creating content from ideation, through execution, to delivery.
You enjoy an environment that emphasizes curiosity, initiative, and accountability
You have strong proficiency in marketing automation stacks - we want you to own this!
You have strong technical skills and understand the needs of software developers and the development process
Clearly defined processes are your friends
You have demonstrated success in leveraging analytics and working with complex datasets to drive decision-making
You have experience managing a budget and making ROI-based decisions on programs to fund/sunset
You can demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills (English)
Based in the U.S., working remotely, and requiring no work visa sponsorship to be employed
Nice to have: Experience with Webflow (this is almost a requirement; if you don't have it you have the ability to pick it up quickly)
Nice to have: Experience with the majority of the following tools (or equivalent): HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma, Tableau or equivalent, SEMRush

What you'll be doing:

You will be working with an internationally distributed team, reporting to Archilogic's VP, USA. Significant parts of your day-to-day will include:

Managing and improving our website
Assessing and prioritizing lead generation channels
Creating and building marketing campaigns (email, webinar, landing pages, etc.) to engage with existing and potential users.
Managing our marketing tech stack from top to bottom - Hubspot, Webflow, Google Analytics, etc.
Working closely with product and sales to ensure an airtight funnel flow
Identifying, onboarding, and managing external resources/consultants (designers, copywriters, SEO consultants, etc)
Managing and engaging social media accounts
Setting up tight decision-making feedback loops to drive core metrics you're working on.
Defining desired outcomes as well as additional resources we need to achieve them.
