Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Director of Operations.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring and managing the company's investments
  • Ensuring multi-state employer compliance
  • Hiring and managing administrative staff as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources, finance, administrative, or operations roles
  • Experience in working in a nonprofit or campaign setting
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to working with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to create and implement systems to increase efficiency and facilitate processes
