Partner Success | Director of Customer Success at BairesDev:

We are looking for a Director of Partner Success to join our WinDifferent team. You will hold a senior leadership role within WinDifferent, overseeing a team of managers that act as the point of contact for existing customers, to help achieve business goals. This is an opportunity to build a team and shape the future of how WinDifferent generates value for our partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of managers supporting all WinDifferent clients.
  • Build and nurture trusted, long-lasting relationships with C-suite partner leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our Top tier portfolio companies.
  • Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence both potential and existing customers.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals.

  • Here's what we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner roles - or equivalent - in the B2B, SaaS industries.
  • Vast experience in customer relationship management and with closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to plan and strategize at an Executive level.
  • Experienced in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Superior team management capabilities.
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.

  • Desirable:

  • Experienced in the Lead Generation/Sales Enablement industries.
  • Experience in building teams from scratch (role definition, staffing strategies, etc).
