Remote Director of Premier Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Premier Services to oversee and enhance the performance of the Premier Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of consultants and Premier Services Leaders in HCM, Workforce Management, and HRO
• Drive team organizational health, revenue generation, and utilization
• Collaborate on training programs and capacity planning to align skills with market demand

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8-10+ years of Professional Services experience
• 3-5 years of Managed Services experience
• Experience in building and leading a high-growth services organization in the HCM industry
• Ability to work fully remotely and travel as needed
