Job Summary
A software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Director of Sales Development.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, coaching and managing group of Sales Development reps across multiple product lines
- Developing, maintaining and driving strategy of the SDR organization in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Communicating effectively within the organization and cross-functional partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 4+ years SDR/Sales management experience (with at least 2+ years leading an SDR organization)
- Be fluent in prospecting tools and platforms and understanding of highly effective prospecting strategies and tactics
- Have experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies
- Preferably having a Bachelor's Degree
