A non-profit organization that promotes societal unity is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Disability Benefits Contact Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Yielding maximum utilization of multiple online and PC systems to access policy information, payments and customer contact information
- Maintaining expected audit and performance guarantee standards in a call center environment
- DocumentIing timely and accurate information concerning customer inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 to 4 year college degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Meets individual daily performance goals which contributes to the overall goals of the department
- Excellent telephone etiquette and superb communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
