Job Summary

A non-profit organization that promotes societal unity is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Disability Benefits Contact Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Yielding maximum utilization of multiple online and PC systems to access policy information, payments and customer contact information
  • Maintaining expected audit and performance guarantee standards in a call center environment
  • DocumentIing timely and accurate information concerning customer inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 to 4 year college degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Meets individual daily performance goals which contributes to the overall goals of the department
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and superb communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
