A life insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Disability Income Claim Examiner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Participating in Regular meetings with the DI Claims Teams
• Focusing one-on-one meetings with a manager
• Accessing informational platforms to learn content on Degreed

Required Skills:

• High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is ideal
• 3+ years of Individual Disability Income or Group Long Term Disability Claim experience
• 3+ years proven, exceptional customer service skills
• 5+ years of Individual Disability Income or Group Long Term Disability Claim experience desired
• Proven, exceptional customer service skills through oral and written communications are required
• Investigative experience is ideal
