Job Summary

A consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Disaster Recovery Community Planning and Development Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting communities preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disaster events
• Defining the scope, schedule, and budget of technical assistance engagements
• Managing projects to ensure budgets and timelines are met

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to provide other duties as assigned, including limited travel
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced training, or equivalent experience
• Eight years of related experience
• Five years of the related experience must be administering HUD CPD grants
• Experience working in disaster preparedness, response, recovery, resilience
• In-depth knowledge of CDBG and CDBG-DR programs
