A financial services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Disbursements Service Department Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leveraging the relationships to drive results, promote change and navigate obstacles
- Applying appropriate change management and innovation techniques
- Working with division resources and tools to align resources to the strategic direction of the unit, division and firm
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of significant industry
- Series 7 and 66 must be obtained within 12 months of hire
- 3+ year of leadership experience required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand process and procedures
- Industry knowledge on specific products, services, processes, rules, regulations and/or automation
