Job Summary

A streaming entertainment platform is in need of a Remote Discovery and Distribution User Research Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring insights are useful to drive decisions and discussions across the business
• Providing coaching, leadership and mentorship to the broader product insights team
• Working with your team and stakeholders to ensure you’re optimizing for impact

Required Skills:

• Have a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated track record of leading impactful research initiatives
• Familiar with quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics and A/B test
• Capable of tackling ambiguous problem spaces and challenges
• Able to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative user research
