Job Summary

A consortium needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Discovery and User Experience Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Support members to manage the discovery experience at their institutions
• Collaborate across programs and institutions on accessibility and usability of discovery platforms
• Support members' use of discovery platforms for reference and instruction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel occasionally within the Pacific Northwest to attend meetings or support members
• Master's degree in library and information science, or other applicable post-baccalaureate degree
• A progressively responsible, well-rounded record of related experience
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and assess the end user experience
• Experience with administration of a library discovery product
• Experience with a library management system product
