Job Summary
A consortium needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Discovery and User Experience Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Support members to manage the discovery experience at their institutions
- Collaborate across programs and institutions on accessibility and usability of discovery platforms
- Support members' use of discovery platforms for reference and instruction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel occasionally within the Pacific Northwest to attend meetings or support members
- Master's degree in library and information science, or other applicable post-baccalaureate degree
- A progressively responsible, well-rounded record of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and assess the end user experience
- Experience with administration of a library discovery product
- Experience with a library management system product
