Job Summary
A company offering services for restaurants is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dispatch Agent.
Must be able to:
- Communicate with our delivery drivers, diners and restaurant partners via phone, email and chat
- Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively identify and problem solve any potential issues with deliveries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and excitement to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to multi-task and navigate amongst a multi-monitor set-up
