Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer and client requests in the client's system
• Dispatch service requests to local technicians and vendors
• Document and communicate the life cycle of the service request to both customer and vendor

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting technology
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
• Must maintain a dedicated home office workspace
• 100% attendance required during the training period
