Remote Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher I for the 2nd Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their AAA Roadside assistance
• Communicate with service providers to relay necessary information for timely assistance
• Monitor and document the progression of roadside assistance requests and resolve service issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Dispatching or Call Center experience
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime and on holidays as needed
• Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection required
