Remote Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher I for 1st and 2nd shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their AAA Roadside assistance
• Communicate necessary information to service providers for timely assistance
• Monitor and document the progression of roadside assistance requests

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Dispatching experience or 2+ years in a Call Center environment
• Salesforce experience is preferred
• Must maintain a stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection
• Must provide a distraction-free work environment
