Job Summary

Providing superior customer service support, the full-time Remote Dispatcher will assist Transportation Providers with inquiries, manage scheduling tasks, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist Transportation Providers with transportation-related questions and concerns
  • Manage scheduling tasks, including modifying and canceling reservations per provider requests
  • Document and investigate complaints or incidents, ensuring detailed records are maintained
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrated accuracy in data entry
