Job Summary
A plumbing and repair company is in need of a Remote Dispatcher and Customer Service Specialist in Florence.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible
- Working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction
- scheduling follow-ups, and complete other necessary administrative tasks on the computer
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of relevant customer service or dispatch experience
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Understanding of proper phone etiquette
- Ability to pass a background check
- This is a remote position, but we do require that you live in the Florence area
