Job Summary
A home warranty company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dispatcher in Iowa City.
Must be able to:
- Dispatche work orders following established guidelines
- Research, identify, and arrange with an appropriate network contractor to complete work orders
- May negotiate with contractors to reach agreeable terms for unusual, inconvenient, or urgent work orders
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Good attention to detail
